Controls air pressure to the brake chambers. During an ABS stop, the modulator valve adjusts air pressure to the brake chamber to control braking and prevent wheel lockup. Compatible with all versions of Meritor WABCO ECUs. 

For use on trailers produced April 1, 1999 or later. For 3M Enhanced Easy Stop or 2M/3M Easy Stop Units. 

Provides air pressure to activate ATC or RSC when needed.
