Why are neither the price nor the availability displayed online?
Traction can only display price and inventory information once you are connected to your Traction branch as a customer. The criteria: you must have a proper account set up with Traction and you must have applied for web access.
How safe is it to purchase online from Traction.com?
UAP INC. complies with the strictest procedures in terms of online security.
Traction.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt all transactions that require personal information. All user data, including their name, is scrambled over the Internet. The logout process is designed to protect customers using public computers.
Can I make an online purchase without having an account?
No, you need an online account with Traction to purchase online.
What can I do if I don’t know which replacement part is right for my truck or trailer or if I can’t find the part online?
The easiest way is always a phone call. We pride ourselves in giving you the best service, day in and day out, and a website will never replace human interaction. Check your branch’s business hours for the ideal time to call.
How can I report a mistake I found on your website?
