Why can’t I see item prices or inventory?
You must be logged in to view prices. Logging in will allow you to see the inventory and prices of your nearest store. Go to the “Login” section at the top right of the menu to log in or create an account, or click here. If you need help to do so, you can watch this video which will guide you through each step and explain the difference between the different types of accounts available online.
How safe is it to shop online at Traction.com?
UAP is committed to protecting the confidentiality of the personal information provided by its customers in the course of its activities, including when they visit its websites or use its online services.

Can I make an online purchase without a store account?
In order to make online purchases without an account, you must be logged in. This is to show you the inventory and prices of the store nearest you. Go to the “Login” section at the top right of the menu to log in or to create a guest account, or click here. If you need help to do so, you can watch this video which will guide you through each step and explain the difference between the different types of online accounts.
What should I do if I don’t know which is the best replacement part for my truck, if I can’t find the part online, or if I need help?
The simplest way is always to give us a call. A website does not replace human contact, and serving you is our utmost priority. To find the store nearest you and to check its opening hours, go to the “Find your Traction store” section at the bottom of any page or click here.
How can I report an error I’ve seen on the website?
We appreciate all comments and we thank you for reporting any errors that may have occurred on the site. Simply click on the “Feedback” tab permanently located on the right side of your screen. You can email it to us at [email protected] and we will be happy to respond.
How does the website work?
