Grind and finish in one easy step. No need to switch from high rpm type-27 wheel to a resin fiber disc. Flap discs last up to 15 times longer than resin fiber discs. Increased performance and decrease downtime.
Features & Benefits
- Constructed from thick layers of aluminum oxide cloth mounted on rugged, lightweight aluminum backing plate (no backing plate required). Dissipates heat quickly and will not crack. Discs resharpen themselves for a consistent finish when cutting.
- Abrasive grain is continually exposed as the layered abrasive flaps wear down, providing rapid stock removal and consistent finishing. Angled face suits the natural working angle of a grinder allowing maximum abrasive cloth contact with work surface
