Engineered for superior performance in extreme high-pressure, high-impulse spiral-wire hydraulic hose applications, Gates GlobalSpiral couplings feature an innovative, two-piece, no-skive design. They can be used with all Gates® MegaSys four and six-spiral wire hose up to 6000 psi, and can also be crimped on Gates® wire-braid hoses when using 2-wire ferrules. The design reduces assembly time, labor, and contamination of the fluid power system. S, M and L Drops comply with ISO final draft international standard 12151-S.

Innovative two-piece, no-skive design allows for fast, tailor-made assemblies and drastically reduces assembly time, labor, odor, fabrication errors, and contamination of the fluid power system.

The two-piece design reduces inventory by up to 30% as only one stem is required for all spiral wire hose types, and it also greatly reduces the chance of assembly error.

Unique 'bite-the-wire' crimp design provides improved coupling retention and blow-off prevention.

By pulling the ferrule away from the hose end, it is easier to see when the stem is fully and securely inserted into the hose.

Available in more than 80 thread configurations for maximum application coverage.
