Product Overview

GlobalSpiral couplings are specially engineered to provide superior performance for extreme high-pressure, high-impulse spiral-wire hydraulic hose applications. The innovative, no-skive design can be used with all Gates® MegaSys four and six-spiral wire hose up to 6000 psi. When used with 2-wire ferrules, GlobalSpiral couplings can also be crimped on Gates® wire-braid hoses. This two-piece design reduces assembly time, labor, fabrication errors and contamination of the fluid power system. Available in S, M, and L Drops per ISO final draft international standard 12151-S.

Features & Benefits

Unique bite-the-wire crimp design provides improved coupling retention and blow-off prevention.

Innovative, two-piece, no-skive design eliminates the skiving process, drastically reducing assembly time, labor, errors, odor, and contamination of the fluid power system.

Features environmentally-friendly TuffCoat plating for superior corrosion resistance, offering over five times (347%) the resistance of the SAE ASTMB117 standard.

Maximum Application Coverage - Globalspiral Couplings are Available in More Than 80 Thread Configurations, so Finding the Right Fit for Your Assembly has Never Been Easier.

Reduces parts inventory by 30% since only one stem is required for all spiral-wire hose types.
