GlobalSpiral couplings are specially engineered to provide superior performance for extreme high-pressure, high-impulse spiral-wire hydraulic hose applications. This innovative, two-piece, no-skive design reduces assembly time, labor, fabrication errors, and contamination of the fluid power system. They can be used with all Gates® MegaSys four and six-spiral wire hose up to 6000 psi, and can also be crimped on Gates® wire-braid hoses when used with 2-wire ferrules. Couplings meet S, M, and L Drops per ISO final draft international standard 12151-S.

Note	These FLC flanges are designed with a thicker flange head. The .56 in flange dimension is frequently found on Caterpillar equipment. These flanges let the user utilize the existing Caterpillar flange halves or new Gates Caterpillar flange halves. At the user's option, standard Code 62 flanges and halves can be used in place of Caterpillar flanges and halves. The standard Code 62 flange head thickness ranges between .305 in and .495 in Compatible with Code 62 O-Ring. See Accessories for recommended O-Rings. (Do Not use "D" shaped O-Rings).
