The Gates® Multi Master™ GMV™ MegaFlex™ hose is a versatile, single-hose solution engineered for four industrial applications: fuel, hydraulic return, coolant, and water. It is recommended for suction and discharge applications where superior performance, ultimate flexibility, and maximum resistance to air, water, petroleum, and lubricating oils are required.

Features & Benefits

Recommended couplings: GL (all sizes, G43 series), GlobalSpiral™ plus (G22 series), MegaCrimp™ (G25 series), G (for 3/4 in, 1 in, and 1-1/4 in sizes), and GSP (for 1-1/2 in and 2 in sizes).

Industry-leading flexibility with a 1:1 bend radius allows for easy, kink-free installation in complex routings and tight spaces, often using less hose.

Recommended for hydraulic return and suction lines, transferring refined fuels, or coolant lines; meets or exceeds SAE 100R4, and meets SAE J30R5 and SAE J20R5 (except tube dimensions). Features a helical spiral-wire to prevent hose collapse under suction.

Sizes range from 3/4 in to 6 in and working pressures 150 to 350 psi.

Light weight and ergonomic for easy handling with lower risk of strain.
