Engineered for four industrial applications (fuel, hydraulic return, coolant, and water), the Gates® Multi Master™ GMV™ MegaFlex™ hose delivers superior performance and ultimate flexibility. It is recommended for suction and discharge applications that require excellent flexibility and maximum resistance to air, water, petroleum, and lubricating oils.
Features & Benefits
- Recommended for use with GL couplings (G43 series), GlobalSpiral™ plus couplings (G22 series), and MegaCrimp™ couplings (G25 series). Also compatible with G couplings for 3/4 in, 1 in, and 1-1/4 in sizes and GSP couplings for 1-1/2 in and 2 in sizes.
- Offers easy, kink-free installation with a 1:1 bend radius, and its industry-leading flexibility solves complex routings through tight spaces using less hose.
- Uses a helical spiral-wire to prevent hose collapse under suction and meets or exceeds SAE 100R4, SAE J30R5, and J20R5 standards (except tube dimensions).
- Ideal for applications requiring excellent flexibility and maximum resistance to air, water, coolant, petroleum lubricating oils, and refined fuels, including hydraulic return and suction lines or for transferring refined fuels.
- Light weight and ergonomic for easy handling with lower risk of strain.
- Sizes range from 3/4 in to 6 in and working pressures 150 to 350 psi.
