Product Overview

This hydraulic hose is designed for high-temperature lube oil lines in on-highway trucks and buses, as well as off-road construction and agricultural vehicles. It is recommended for high-temperature petroleum-based or phosphate ester fluids, turbocharger oil supply, and hot lube oil lines. Meets the requirements of SAE 100R5 for hydraulic applications and SAE 1405 for hot oil circulation.

Recommended couplings: C5 field attachable couplings (-6, -16 and -20), C5X field attachable couplings (-5, -8 and -12), GlobalSpiral™ couplings (depending on size), MegaCrimp™ couplings (depending on size).

Acceptable for use with oil and air for maximum application flexibility, including air brake applications meeting DOT FMVSS-106-74 type aII and SAE J1402 type aII standards (sizes -4 to -12). Sizes -5, -6, -8, -16 and -20 are validated with MegaCrimp™, and sizes -10 and -12 are validated with GlobalSpiral™.
