Product Overview
A low pressure, lock-on hose recommended for use with petroleum-based hydraulic oils, glycol antifreeze compounds, water, engine lubricating oils, and air. This hose is not intended for use with gasoline or diesel fuels, or for critical applications such as permanent piping.
Features & Benefits
- Recommended for petroleum-based hydraulic oils, water, glycol anti-freeze solutions, engine lubricating oils, and air.
- Lock-On hose and couplings are not recommended for pressure surge applications or critical applications, such as permanent piping in residential or commercial buildings.
- Do not use for gasoline or diesel fuels, unless approved by Gates® H/C product application.
- Black cover only meets flame resistance acceptance designation MSHA 2G and is packaged in UPS shippable reels.
- Validated with lock-on plus reusable couplings. Recommended for use with field attachable LOC (G36 series), GLP, and GLX™ (G44 series, sizes 4, 6, 8, & 12) couplings, and G37 single bead/G38 barbed fittings with a clamp. LOL and GLP couplings not recommended for size 3. Special order couplings may be needed.
- Available in 6 colors for easy color coding: black polychloroprene (LOLA), blue (LOLB), green (LOLG), red (LOLR), yellow (LOLY), and gray (LOLC).
