Recommended for ultra high abrasive high-pressure hydraulic oil lines, the Gates M2T MegaFlex hose features smaller exterior dimensions and a significantly tighter bend radius than competitive R16 hoses, making it easier to route and install in tight spaces. Compatible with biodegradable hydraulic fluids such as polyolester, polyglycols, vegetable oils, and petroleum-based fluids. Exceeds SAE 100R16, SAE 100R2, ISO 11237 2SC R16, ISO 1436 2SN R2 working pressure and minimum bend radius requirements, as well as performance requirements of EN 857 2SC and EN 853 2SN. Available with MegaTuff cover that lasts up to 300 times longer than standard hoses during hose-to-hose and hose-to-metal abrasion tests per ISO 6945, offering superior ozone and weathering resistance.
