Product Overview

Gates MegaCrimp couplings are designed for use with Gates wire braid hydraulic hoses to create a robust, leak-free assembly. The pre-assembled coupling features a patented “C” insert which allows usage with different hose constructions and wall thicknesses, ensuring an even distribution of crimping forces to form a concentric seal. This design simplifies inventory requirements since one coupling size can accommodate many different hose ODs on one- and two-wire braid hoses and select spiral hoses. MegaCrimp couplings are fully qualified for SAE, EN, and ISO performance.
