Product Overview
Gates MegaCrimp Couplings are pre-assembled and designed for use with Gates wire braid hydraulic hoses to create a robust, leak-free assembly. The key to its performance is the patented 'C' insert attached to the ferrule, which ensures an even distribution of crimping forces to form a concentric, weep-free seal. This design allows a single coupling size to accommodate various one- and two-wire braid hoses (and select spiral hoses) with different constructions and wall thicknesses, simplifying inventory. MegaCrimp couplings are fully qualified for SAE, EN, and ISO performance.

These full-torque nuts are stronger and more durable than traditional staked nuts, transferring input-torque to clamp-load more consistently to minimize leaks and prevent cracking.
