Gates MegaCrimp couplings are designed for use with Gates wire braid and select xpiral hydraulic hoses to create a robust, leak-free assembly. The pre-assembled coupling features a patented 'C' insert attached to the ferrule, which ensures an even distribution of crimping forces for a concentric seal and allows usage with different hose constructions and wall thicknesses. This simplifies inventory requirements as one coupling size can accommodate many different hose ODs. MegaCrimp couplings are fully qualified for SAE, EN, and ISO performance.

Engineered with Gates® Full-Torque Nut™ technology, these couplings are stronger and more durable than traditional staked nuts, preventing cracking from over-torquing and transferring input-torque to clamp-load more consistently to minimize leaks.
