Product Overview
The EFG6K spiral wire hose is recommended for extremely high-pressure, high-impulse applications such as hydrostatic transmissions. It is designed to meet or exceed all requirements of SAE 100R15, EN 856 4SP/4SH, and ISO 3862 Type R15 specifications, with size -12 also meeting ISO 18752 Grade D. This hose is compatible with a wide range of biodegradable hydraulic fluids like polyolester, polyglycol, and vegetable oil, as well as standard petroleum-based fluids.

- Designed to meet or exceed all requirements of SAE 100R15, EN 856 4SP (sizes -6, -8, -10, -12), EN 856 4SH (sizes -12, -16, -20), and ISO 3862 Type R15 (sizes -6, -8, -10, -12, -16, -24); size -12 also meets ISO 18752 Grade D.
- Compatible with biodegradable hydraulic fluids like polyolester, polyglycol, vegetable oil, and synthetic esters, as well as standard petroleum-based fluids.
- Recommended for use with GlobalSpiral™ (G20 series, sizes -6 to -20), GlobalSpiral™ MAX pressure (G23 and G24 series, sizes -24 and -32), and Stainless Steel S (G18 series, sizes -6 to -20) couplings.
- Superior flex impulse performance: tested to 1,000,000 impulse cycles at 50% of SAE 100R15 bend radii (except -32).
- The optional MegaTuff™ cover lasts up to 300 times longer than standard hose during hose-to-hose and hose-to-metal abrasion tests per ISO 6945 and offers superior ozone and weathering resistance.
