Product Overview
The EFG6K spiral wire hose is recommended for extremely high-pressure, high-impulse applications such as hydrostatic transmissions. It is designed to meet or exceed specifications for SAE 100R15, EN 856 4SP/4SH, ISO 3862 R15, and ISO 18752 Grade D. This hose is compatible with a wide range of biodegradable hydraulic fluids, including polyolester, polyglycol, and vegetable oils, as well as standard petroleum-based fluids.
Features & Benefits
- Features a MegaTuff™ cover that offers up to 300 times the abrasion resistance of standard hose covers per ISO 6945 testing, along with superior ozone and weathering resistance.
- Compatible with biodegradable hydraulic fluids like polyolester, polyglycol, synthetic esters, and vegetable oils, as well as standard petroleum-based fluids.
- Recommended for use with GlobalSpiral™ couplings (G20 series, sizes -6 to -20), GlobalSpiral™ MAX pressure couplings (G23/G24 series), and Stainless Steel S couplings (G18 series).
- Designed to meet or exceed all requirements of SAE 100R15, EN 856 4SP (sizes -6 to -12), EN 856 4SH (sizes -12 to -20), ISO 3862 Type R15 (sizes -6 to -24), and also meets ISO 18752 Grade D.
