Product Overview

M2T™ hose is recommended for high-pressure hydraulic oil line applications. It has smaller exterior dimensions and a significantly tighter bend radius than competitive R16 hoses, making it easy to route and install in tight areas. This hose is compatible with biodegradable hydraulic fluids like polylester, polyglycols, and vegetable oils as well as petroleum-based fluids. It exceeds SAE 100R16, SAE 100R2, ISO 11237 2SC R16, and ISO 1436 2SN R2 working pressure and minimum bend radius requirements, as well as the performance requirements of EN 857 2SC and EN 853 2SN.

M2T hose has smaller exterior dimensions and a significantly tighter bend radius (up to 1/3 of the SAE specification) than competitive R16 hoses, allowing for greater flexibility, easier routing, and reduced assembly length to save money.

Features a Gates® special XtraTuff™ cover that offers 25 times the abrasion resistance of standard hose. A MegaTuff™ cover option is also available that lasts up to 300 times longer and offers superior ozone and weathering resistance, tested per ISO 6945.
