Get the most tensioning out of your tie down job with Kinedyne's 1" Wide Handle Ratchet. This heat-treated carbon steel ratchet features a zinc plated finish for corrosion resistance and durability. Operating the ratchet is straightforward: feed the 1 in webbing through the slot to eliminate slack, then push and pull the comfortably wide handle back and forth until the webbing is properly tensioned. Built to last, this ratchet helps keep a steady grip on your valuable load. Working Load Limit is 1100 lbs (500 kgs). The Difference between Breaking Strength and Working Load Limit is: Breaking Strength refers to the point in which the tie-down you are using is going to fail. Working Load Limit is the maximum allowable load assigned to each tie down by the manufacturer which does not to exceed one-third of the complete assembly breaking strength.
