All Kinedyne ratchet strap are rated as a whole assembly (not the individual components) and are Tagged and Stenciled in accordance to North American Regulations: Manufacturers me, Working Load Limit in Pounds and Kilograms. The Difference between Breaking Strength and Working Load Limit is: Breaking Strength refers to the point in which the tie-down you are using is going to fail. Working Load Limit is the maximum allowable load assigned to each tie down by the manufacturer which does not to exceed one-third of the complete assembly breaking strength.

Comes standard with a removable Gel Coat Protector to prevent the tensioning device or end fitting from scratching the gel coat. The protector is held in place with a Velcro guide so that it doesn't shift during transit and allows easy storage of excess webbing.

Ideal for big boat applications with length adjustability from 22 to 144 in, designed for both stern and freeboard use. The strap's twisted feature evenly distributes the load over the trailer's welded U Hooks without twisting.

Equipped with industrial strength heat-treated carbon steel snap hooks with a gold dichromate zinc plated finish for secure locking. These positive locking 2" twisted zinc plated military hooks do not come loose from the trailer or the boat's anchor points while in transit.
