- A new patent-pending tool kit for Mack Truck front axles that greatly improves the removal and installation of the thrust bearing adjustment screws on 10,500 lb., 12,000 lb., 16,000 lb., 18,000 lb., and 20,000 lb. axles.
- Available in both large and small sizes, the new cross design tool greatly reduces the camming action created by the torque, making it much easier and safer to keep the tool fully engaged in the cap (adjusting screw) when removing and installing the caps.
- The kit also includes large and small thread chasers for clearing the cap threads on the axle casting. These thread chasers can help avoid damage to the threads, thereby saving the spindle assembly.
- Exten's proprietary design, heat treating, and plating process greatly extends the working life of these tools, in some cases by as much as 400%!
