The Monroe® Magnum® shock absorber for class 6-8 vehicles is the first gas-charged, large-bore shock specifically designed for air spring and taper leaf suspensions. Its nitrogen gas charge provides the fast response essential for today’s heavy-duty truck suspension systems.

- Features a hardened, nitrocarburized chrome piston rod for durability and a PTFE-coated bearing that reduces friction between the rod and rod guide for a longer service life (on most applications).
- Strong and durable construction with shouldered and bonded bushings with sleeves to protect from walkout, plus resistance and 360 deg arc-welded mounts for maximum durability and quality.
