- Exceptional handling from 10-stage valving, tuned specifically to each vehicle, adjusts to road extremes while the larger 1-3/4 in bore allows for valve finetuning by dissipating heat for better control.
- Strong and durable construction with resistance and arc-welded mounts providing up to 18,000 lbs tensile strength; arc welds up to 360 deg and a shouldered, bonded bushing with sleeve protects from bushing walkout for improved quality and durability.
- Features a robust, patented hydraulic rebound lock-out that prevents over-extension of air bags, top-out of the piston, and averts damage to the seal assembly (when required).
- Longer service life is achieved with a hardened, nitrocarburized piston rod and a bearing with PTFE coating that reduces friction between the rod and rod guide (most applications).
- Delivers exceptional control and isolates impact-related noise, vibration and harshness under most driving conditions.
