high‑performance synthetic grease. It uses a lithium‑complex soap thickener and a synthetic (PAO or high‑viscosity‑index) base oil.
Features & Benefits
- Excellent load‑carrying and extreme‑pressure (EP) performance — It offers strong protection under heavy loads and shock loads. The “four‑ball weld load” or extreme‑pressure rating is high (indicating good film strength under load)
- High mechanical stability & long life — Because of the synthetic base oil and lithium‑complex thickener, the grease resists softening, degrading, or “run‑out” under mechanical stress, vibration, and over long service intervals.
- Water / moisture resistance and corrosion protection — It’s formulated to resist water wash‑out or water ingress, which makes it suitable for “wet environment” applications (e.g. paper‑machine wet ends, bearings exposed to water or humidity) while protecting against corrosion.
- Wide temperature tolerance (high & low) — Because of the synthetic base oil and thickener, the grease works over a broad temperature range (both cold and hot), enabling reliable lubrication in cold climates and high-temperature operations.
