heavy duty calcium grease formulated with a high level of solid additives for enhanced load carrying capability. The high solids content and heavy base oil utilized in this product are designed to provide an effective lubricant film under the high loads and constant sliding contact.
Features & Benefits
- Outstanding load‑carrying capacity / extreme‑pressure (EP) performance — The grease has a “Four‑Ball EP Weld Load” rating of 500 kgf under ASTM D2596 — which indicates strong protection under heavy static or dynamic loads, shock loads, and heavy sliding contact.
- Excellent adhesion and film strength — The high solids content and heavy base oil help the grease maintain a durable lubricant film even under heavy load or sliding contact. This helps reduce wear, surface fatigue, and metal-to-metal contact.
- Water / moisture resistance & water‑wash washout resistance — The grease shows water washout less than ~3% (under test conditions) and good water spray‑off resistance. That means it holds up under wet / damp / humid / splash conditions.
- Bearings, gears, or sliding components under heavy load and shock (e.g. tank‑filling conveyors, hoists, pumping‑station gearboxes, forklift rails/wheels, heavy packaging/handling equipment). Environments with moisture, water spray or occasional wet conditions — where water‑resistant grease is needed. Components requiring strong adhesion, film strength and longevity under heavy load, rather than high rotational speed. Applications where grease separation, wash‑out, or leakage under pressure/load must be avoided.
