- Minimum mud flap thickness is 1/4 inch; do not use 3/16 inch mud flaps as they will not hold to specifications
- Fast flap brackets are made from stainless steel, heat tempered to spring steel; a screwdriver (minimum length 10 inches) pries the fast flaps bar apart, allowing insertion of the mud flap into the gap
