Open back, black PVC grommet designed for 30 Series and 2 in. round lights. Flush mounts 2 in diameter lamps with a wide groove accommodating panel thickness up to 250 in. Suitable for PC requirements when using LED or incandescent PC-rated/combination lamps. Closed-back versions are recommended for open installations where a splash plate is not used. Replaces Signal-Stat 9139.
