Product Overview
The Ranpro® 100% waterproof Hi-Vis Petro-Gard® FRARC-Rated Safety Jacket is made with low smoke Neoprene on Dupont™ Nomex® material, and provides superior, heavy-duty 100% waterproof, abrasion, puncture, and tear-resistant protection. StarTech® FR reflective tape offers superior visibility and safety in low-light conditions.
Features & Benefits
- ARC and Flame-resistant – The fabric of the jacket meets FR ASTM F1891-19 Standard Specifications for Arc and Flame-Resistant Rainwear. With a TPP of 21.4 calcm² and an ARC 3 rating: ATPV 28 calcm², EBTAS 45 calcm², HAF 90%, the jacket meets CGSB 155.20-2017 Workwear for Protection Against Hydrocarbon Flash Fire – FR Rainwear Standard.
- Certification – This safety jacket meets CSA Z96-15 Class 2 Level 2 and Class 3 Level 2 when worn with hi-viz pants with reflective stripes on legs and is certified to ASTM F2733-17 standards for Flame-Resistant Rainwear for Protection Against Flame Hazards.
- Closure Type – Designed to be durable and sturdy, the jacket has inner and outer storm flapszipper closure with two front pockets with flaps that feature an FR hook-and-loop closure. The angled collar under the chin is also designed with an FR hook-and-loop closure that can fit a rolled-up hard hat-sized hood (sold separately).
- Design – The seams of the jacket are vulcanized for superior strength to prevent rips and tears. The dolman sleeve design, the inner elastic cuffs, and the tab style hook-and-loop cuff adjustments provide comfort while allowing users to move and work freely.
