The 6000 Series Respirator Cartridges provide multi-gas and vapour protection with a P100 particulate filter. They are NIOSH approved for respiratory protection from certain organic vapours, chlorine, hydrogen chloride, sulfur dioxide, chlorine dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, methylamine, formaldehyde, or hydrogen fluoride. These cartridges feature bayonet compatibility allowing use with many 3M half and full facepiece designs, including 3M(TM) 6000, 7000 and FF-400 series respirators. Their swept-back design enhances field of view and comfort. Recommended applications include petrochemical and chemical processing, painting, chemical clean-up, cleaning, pouring molten metal, hazardous waste handling, batch-changing, and facility sanitation. Commonly used in industries such as utilities, pharmaceuticals, mining, oil and gas, primary metals, food processing, food safety, general manufacturing, marine, and transportation, these cartridges reduce inventory needs and simplify installation and usage requirements
