This rolling step ladder is ideal wherever there is a need to reach bulky materials. It rolls easily into position and locks firmly to the floor for maximum safety. The ladder operates on spring-loaded casters that retract under the operator's weight, allowing rubber feet to drop down for stability. It features non-clogging slip-resistant steel steps and a rugged welded 1 in round steel tubing frame with a durable Kleton blue polyurethane finish. The ladder includes handrails and is weight capacity tested to a 4:1 safety factor on all steps and the full structure. Note: Ladder is not to be used as a work platform
