The rolling step ladder is ideal wherever there is a need to reach bulky materials. It rolls easily into position and locks firmly to the floor for maximum safety. The ladder operates on spring-loaded casters that retract under the operator's weight, allowing rubber feet to drop down for stability. It features non-clogging slip-resistant steel steps and a frame made of rugged welded 1 in round steel tubing. The ladder is finished with a durable Kleton blue polyurethane coating and constructed with handrails for extra support. Note that the ladder is not to be used as a work platform
