These lightweight, durable Topgard(R) slotted caps are designed for use by utilities and other industries requiring head protection from falling objects, along with good dielectric properties to prevent electrical conduction. They offer limited resistance to top impact or penetration across a wide temperature range. Available in standard (6 1/2 - 8) size with 1-Touch(TM) or Fas-Trac(R) suspension, Topgard(R) caps meet or exceed the requirements for a Type I helmet (top impact) as outlined in ANSI Z89.1 and CSA 294.1, Class E. The 1-Touch suspension features a one-handed squeeze opening, slide adjustment, and snap closure for ease of use
