Introducing Tectran’s Air Line Hose Assemblies with FLEXGrip-HD™ Hose featuring a dual-braided design for flexibility and enhanced kink resistance for tight bends. The hose provides flexible air connection from frame to axle or between tractor and trailer, and is resistant to gasoline, diesel fuel, oil, and road chemicals. It is UV and ozone resistant, meets or exceeds SAE J1402, DOT FMVSS No. 106 regulations, and operates at pressures up to 225 psi and temperatures from -40°F to +200°F. FLEXGrip-HD™ offers a thermo-elastomeric gladhand grip on trailer leads with corrosion-resistant brass fittings and a tapered grip that flexes during tight turns. Bend Restrictors on tractor leads prevent kinking and are color-coded to minimize incorrect connections. The LIFESwivel® live swivel design with all brass construction eliminates corrosion and features a double O-ring leak-free design for quick, easy installation.
