Introducing Tectran’s Air Line Hose Assemblies with FLEXGrip-HD™ Hose featuring a dual-braided design for flexibility and enhanced kink resistance for tight bends. The hose provides flexible air connection from frame to axle or between tractor and trailer, is resistant to gasoline, diesel fuel, oil, and road chemicals, and is UV and ozone resistant. It operates at pressures up to 225 psi and temperatures from -40°F to 200°F. The assembly meets or exceeds SAE J1402, DOT FMVSS No. 106 regulations. FLEXGrip-HD™ offers a thermo-elastomeric gladhand grip on trailer leads with corrosion-resistant brass fittings and color-coded grips to minimize incorrect connections. Bend Restrictors on tractor leads prevent kinking during tight turns and are color-coded and non-corrosive. The LIFESwivel® live swivel design with all brass construction eliminates corrosion and features a double O-ring leak-free design for quick, easy installation.
