This handy winch is designed to fit Kinedyne 3608 Winch Track, allowing flexible tie-down positioning and securely locking in place under tension. It features a convenient storage capacity of up to 30 ft of webbing, preventing wear from dragging excess strap on the ground. Constructed from powder-coated steel in a black finish, it includes an improved larger thumb pawl for easier sprocket operation. All Kinedyne winches are stamped with manufacturer name, working load limit, country of origin, and manufacturing date, complying with North American cargo securement regulations including U.S. Department of Transportation, Canadian 905, California Highway Patrol, Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance, and Web Sling and Tie Down Association standards.
