The 30/30® High-Capacity Pleated Panel Filters are designed to meet today's medical facility requirements and provide the ultimate level of protection for equipment and indoor air quality. These filters feature a high capacity pleated panel available in 1 in, 2 in or 4 in depths, with an exclusive MERV 8 media blended from cotton and polyester fibres for consistent dirt removal efficiency throughout the filter's life. They include a welded wire grid to maintain the radial pleat and prevent distortion of the media pack even under turbulent or high airflow conditions. The filter frame is made of high wet-strength beverage board to maintain rigidity in any application, and the filter operates with a low initial and maintained low resistance to airflow, saving energy dollars. Typical applications include use as pre-filters to higher efficiency filters, stand-alone filters for rooftops, split systems, free-standing units, package systems, and air handlers, ideal for commercial, industrial, institutional, or other environments requiring high air quality protection. The maximum continuous operating temperature is 200ºF (93ºC)
