The 30/30® High-Capacity Pleated Panel Filters are designed as box filters with a MERV 8 rating, measuring 20 in W x 2 in D x 20 in H each. These filters feature a high capacity pleated panel available in 1 in, 2 in, or 4 in depths, incorporating a welded wire grid to maintain radial pleats and prevent media pack distortion even under turbulent or high airflow conditions. The exclusive MERV 8 media is a proprietary blend of cotton and polyester fibers, providing consistent dirt removal efficiency throughout the filter's life. The 30/30 meets today's medical facility requirements and offers a low initial and maintained low resistance to airflow, saving energy costs. The filter frame is made from a high wet-strength beverage board to maintain rigidity in any application. Typical applications include use as pre-filters to higher efficiency filters, stand-alone filters for rooftops, split systems, free-standing units, package systems, and air handlers, ideal for commercial, industrial, institutional, or any other setting requiring high equipment protection and indoor air quality. The maximum continuous operating temperature is 200ºF (93ºC)
