The 30/30® High-Capacity Pleated Panel Filters are available in 1 in, 2 in, or 4 in depths and feature an exclusive MERV 8 media blended from cotton and polyester fibres, providing consistent dirt removal efficiency throughout the life of the filter. Designed to meet today's medical facility requirements, these filters offer a low initial and maintained low resistance to airflow, saving energy dollars. They include a welded wire grid to maintain the radial pleat and eliminate distortion of the media pack even under turbulent or high airflow conditions. The high wet-strength beverage board frame maintains filter rigidity in any application. Typical applications include use as pre-filters to higher efficiency filters, stand-alone filters for rooftops, split systems, free-standing units, package systems, and air handlers, ideal for commercial, industrial, institutional, or any other application where ultimate protection of equipment and indoor air quality is a concern. Note: Initial resistance to airflow (in w.g.) and other sizes are also available. Maximum continuous operating temperature is 200ºF (93ºC)
