The 30/30® High-Capacity Pleated Panel Filters are designed to meet today's medical facility requirements and provide consistent dirt removal efficiency throughout the life of the filter. Featuring an exclusive MERV 8 media blended from cotton and polyester fibres, these filters offer a low initial and maintained low resistance to airflow, saving energy dollars. The filter includes a welded wire grid to maintain the radial pleat and eliminate distortion of the media pack even under turbulent or high airflow conditions. Constructed with a high wet-strength beverage board frame, the filter maintains rigidity in any application and can operate continuously at temperatures up to 200ºF (93ºC). Typical applications include use as pre-filters to higher efficiency filters, stand-alone filters for rooftops, split systems, free-standing units, package systems, and air handlers, ideal for commercial, industrial, institutional, or any other application where ultimate equipment protection and indoor air quality are critical
