Made from premium unprocessed virgin nylon tubing, these coils utilize Tectran's Anti-Sag and Stretch manufacturing for longevity. They include corrosion-resistant DOT brass fittings with Tectran identifiers, heavy-duty plated spring guards exceeding DOT regulations, and precise 1/2 in tube O.D. with 1/2 in LIFESwivel™ tractor and FLEXGrip-HD™ threads. Exceeding DOT FMVSS 106 standards (49 CFR 571.106 & 49 CFR 393.45), the FLEXGrip-HD™ thermo-elastomeric gladhand grip flexes during tight turns, offers kink protection, and is color-coded to minimize incorrect connections.
