Introducing Tectran’s Air Line Hose Assemblies with FLEXGrip-HD™ Hose featuring a dual-braided design for flexibility and enhanced kink resistance for tight bends. The hose provides flexible air connection from frame to axle or between tractor and trailer, is resistant to gasoline, diesel fuel, oil, and road chemicals, and is UV and ozone resistant. It operates at pressures up to 225 psi and temperatures from -40°F to 200°F. The hose meets or exceeds SAE J1402, DOT FMVSS No. 106 regulations. FLEXGrip-HD™ offers a thermo-elastomeric gladhand grip on trailer leads with corrosion-resistant brass fittings and a tapered grip that flexes during tight turns. Bend Restrictors on tractor leads prevent kinking and are color-coded to minimize incorrect connections. LIFESwivel® features a live swivel design with all brass construction, double O-ring leak-free design, and quick single wrench installation.
