The WM-453M pneumatic accelerator pedal is a through-the-floor mounted, pedal-actuated throttle control designed for industrial and vehicular applications. Each WM-453 model incorporates a regulating valve subassembly from the WM-90DX series. When the WM-453’s pedal is applied, the valve sub-assembly delivers an output proportional to the pedal position, controlling a throttle cylinder that positions an engine’s fuel pump lever. WM-453M series models comply with FMVSS-124 regulations when installed according to Williams Controls specifications.
