The Micro Matic RSV DEF Fill Coupler is a closed, sealed and secured container valve system. With a 1" NPT male liquid inlet and Viton® seals, this coupler provides pure diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) from manufacturer to end-user and is compliant with the ISO 22241 requirements.With a dry disconnect mechanism, the Micro Matic DEF Fill Coupler minimizes fluid loss to less than 2 mL. This design enhances accuracy during filling and reduces wastage, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Our design features a 1" NPT male liquid inlet and 1/4” NPT female vapour recovery outlet for recovery of discharge vapours.With a maximum flow rate of 35 GPM, this coupler ensures swift and efficient fluid transfer.
