GlobalSpiral couplings are specially engineered to provide superior performance for extreme high-pressure, high-impulse spiral-wire hydraulic hose applications. This no-skive coupling can be used with all Gates® MegaSys four and six-spiral wire hose up to 6000 psi, and can also be crimped on Gates® wire-braid hoses when used with 2-wire ferrules. The innovative, two-piece design reduces assembly time, labor, fabrication errors, and contamination of the fluid power system. S, M and L Drops per ISO final draft international standard 12151-S.

Innovative two-piece, no-skive design allows for fast, tailor-made assemblies; eliminating the skiving process reduces assembly time, labor, errors, and fluid system contamination.

The two-piece design reduces the chance of assembly error and can potentially reduce inventory by 30 percent, as only one stem is required for all spiral wire hose types.

By pulling the ferrule away from the hose end, it is easier to see when the stem is fully and securely inserted into the hose.
