Our standard sliding double L winch is engineered for flexible and secure cargo tie-down on flatbed trailers, rail cars, and other vehicles. Constructed from industrial-strength heat-treated carbon steel with a black powder coat finish, this winch offers a working load limit of 5500 lbs (2,494 kg) and a breaking strength of 15000 lbs. Designed to meet or exceed DOT, CHP, Canadian 905, WSTDA, and North American Cargo Securement standards, it features a thumb pawl for easy locking even when wearing gloves. The winch moves smoothly in both directions but locks firmly under tension and must be used with Kinedyne 3608 double L sliding winch track. The strap feeds easily through a narrow slot for precise control, and the system provides an efficient, flexible securement solution with a storage capacity of 20 ft of webbing. Each winch is stamped with manufacturing date, country of origin, and load ratings in compliance with regulations.
