- Non-corrosive housing: resists magnesium chloride, salt, oils, grease and fuels.
- Extended front barrel for additional cable support, slanted 5° for moisture drain.
- Unbreakable housing and lid, with stainless steel hinge pin and spring.
- 16-722 and 16-7222 accept #8 ring terminals.
- 16-724, 16-725, and 16-7242 accept .180 bullets; 16-724 and 16-7242 are recommended for use with Phillips QCS2®.
- For added protection against moisture, use socket boot p/n 15-740.
